Services

To ensure an excellent stay

ROOM CLEANING

Our housekeeping service, including room cleaning and tidying, is provided on a daily basis with natural, allergen-free products. For any specific requests, we ask that you send an email to info@capannasuites.com with the details of what is required during your stay and we will do our very best to make sure that your stay lives up to your expectations.

SPA

During your stay, you will be able to enjoy a complimentary exclusive entrance for the couple, available by reservation only, for 1 hour per stay, subject to availability.

BREAKFAST

The breakfast buffet with table service is open every day from 8:00 am to 10:30 am and it is included in the price of the room.

All the ingredients used are from the region of Tuscany. If you have any specific needs because of food allergies or special dietary requirements, please advise us before your arrival by sending an email to info@capannasuites.com with details about your needs. Our chefs will be happy to accommodate you.

PARKING

The parking on our property is completely free of charge and most of the spaces are covered.

We also have a recharging station for electric cars, and this service is completely free of charge as well.

 

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Our concierge service is at your complete disposal and we are happy to help you with anything you might need during your stay.

Examples of services include: assistance with a car rental, booking a tour or a local tour guide, arranging for a biking or hiking excursion, reserving a driver with private car service for a transfer, and the handling of any secretarial needs such as having us print something. Please don’t hesitate to ask our staff and we will be happy to assist you.

Check in time: from 3.00 pm

Check out time: before 10.30 am (for late check out please contact the staff)
