Our restaurant, Il Passaggio, is the second jewel in the Capanna crown. Rising on the top of a hill, it was designed and built to make a stay at the adjacent Capanna Suites a truly unforgettable experience and to offer guests a sensational panoramic view to the surrounding Sienese countryside and to the town of Montalcino. Guests of the agriturismo dine here each morning during an elegant seated breakfast that is included in the price of the room, enjoying an amazing vantage point in an atmosphere that is bright, airy and the perfect way to start the day.

Il Passaggio Restaurant, just as the name which means “the passage” in English suggests, is much more than just a simple restaurant. It takes diners on a journey to discover the secrets of food and wine. It is a place for those who love to experience fine and elegant dining that brings joy to all the senses, and is filled with unique tastes, aromas and flavors that are then perfectly paired with one of the many wines from the incredibly well-stocked wine cellar.
