Our Chef proposes a special menu for the evening that varies according to the season.

All the ingredients used in our dishes come from our local region and when possible are produced directly on our farm.

The preparation and presentation of our dishes is carefully executed, with special attention paid to even the smallest detail and the combinations of flavors, so that each dish is sure to leave an impression in your mind of this splendid Tuscan gourmet retreat.
